Experience the 9-day trekking campaign through Mount Morocco's high Atlas mountain, concluding at the royal peak of Mount Magon (4,071 m). Starting in Marakech, this journey takes you deep into Happy Valley and Ait Baguemez, where you will increase through terraced fields and will stay in Amazing villages. On the way, warm barbaric hospitality, breathtaking scenes, and alpine camps face wires. The journey ends with a journey of Ouzoud waterfall, a fresh reward after the mountain mark.

Day 1 : Arrive to Marrakech
Day 2 : Marrakech - Azib n'Ikkis
Transfer to Ait Bougmez, before taking the path that leads up towards Arous, Meet the team of muleteers responsible for transporting your luggage to the campsite each evening. The journey begins with a crossing of the beautiful Berber villages in the Arrous valley, featuring typical adobe architecture, before reaching the troglodyte houses of Assif n’Arrous and the sheepfolds of Ikkis n’Arrous. Setting up camp near the Azibs n’Ikkis at 2,500 m altitude; an ideal spot for camping Ascent: 680m, descent: 270m, 3 hours of walking.

Day 3 : Azibs n'Ikkis - Tarkedit Plateau
The trail follows the left bank of the Ikkis stream up to the Tiwawakyhe Cirque. At Tizi n’Oughri (3340 m), there is a remarkable view of the vast northern slope of M’Goun, the Tilibiyt n’Tarkddit plateau, and the Tizoula mountains that overlook the high Tessaout valley. Setting up camp near the sources of the Tessaout (2900 m), on beautiful flat meadows surrounded by ridges. The afternoon is for resting, but some short walks are possible Ascent: 900m, Descent: 440 m, 6 hours of walking.

Day 4 : M'Goun (4071 m) - Ikkis n'Oulilimt
Departure early in the morning to reach the long ridge line of Ighil M’Goun, which you will follow to the summit at 4071 meters (this is a mountain of limestone rich in shells, with numerous fossils along the ridge). Exceptional views of the entire Central High Atlas and, to the south, the Dadès valley, the Sarhro, and the hamada of Draâ. Descent via the trail in a corridor to reach the camp near the sheepfolds of Oulilimt at 2700 meters. Ascent: 1200 m, descent: 1400 m, 8 hours of walking.

Day 5 : Ikkis n'Oulilimt - Aflalal
Descent along the Assif n’Oulilimt in a western landscape: stunning gorges, fairy chimneys, and a strong pastoral presence. It is possible to encounter the shepherds of Ait H’med. Arrival at the camp located by the M’Goun River at 2325 meters. Ascent: 200 m, descent: 600 m. 5 to 6 hours of walking.

Day 6 : Aflalal - ait Bouguemez
Gradual climb to reach the tizi n’Ait Imi (2905 m); it is a historic passage for the Ait Atta and Ait H’med nomads to reach the high altitude pastures. Panoramic view of the famous Ait Bougmez valley called the “happy valley”. Beautiful descent via a zigzag path. You will enjoy a moment at the sacred springs of Ait Immi, the seven mills, before arriving in the upper Bougmez valley. Ascent: 670 m, descent: 1100 m. 6h30 walk.

Day 7 : ait Bougmez-Ououzd waterfalls- Marrakech
Along the way to Marrakech we stop at Ouzoud Falls – a collective name for several waterfalls in Azilal, which all empty into the El-Abid River’s gorge. Take in the immensity of the cascades, and continue the drive to the red city of Marrakech.

Day 8 : Marrakech city tour
Embark on a morning guided walking tour of the medina, including souks devoted to different trades such as pottery, woodwork, carpets, or spices. The rest of your time in the city is free for you to make your discoveries. This evening you may like to join your group for a farewell dinner.
