Genuine Discoveries is a private tour operator based in Marrakech, Morocco, licensed by the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism. You can reach us at contact@genuinediscoveries.com.
When you send a planning request, booking enquiry or message, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, party size, and any preferences or requirements you share.
We do not collect payment card details through this website. Any payment arrangements are made separately and directly with you.
Solely to answer your enquiry and plan your journey — replying to you, preparing an itinerary, and arranging guides, drivers and accommodation on your behalf.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.
Only the people needed to deliver your trip: the guides, drivers and accommodation on your itinerary receive the minimum detail required, such as your name and arrival date.
Our website is hosted by Vercel and our email is handled by our mail provider. Both process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you would like your details deleted, email us and we will remove them.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our maps load map images from OpenStreetMap, and photographs are served by our image host; these providers may see your IP address as part of delivering those files.
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email contact@genuinediscoveries.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
